I am originally from Leeds, England and since 2003 I have lived in Maungatapere, Whangarei.
I trained in studio ceramics graduating in 1992 and have been throwing and working with clay ever since. I have worked as a thrower in different potteries in England and Ireland along with attending UK craft fairs demonstrating, and selling my work.
In 1996 I graduated as a teacher, and for the past 19 years I have continued to teach Art along with creating my own work. Moving to New Zealand and settling in Whangarei has given me a beautiful space and environment to create work in.
