Aldo Coetzee:
Airbrush Artist

Picture
I am a part time artist from Auckland, with an affinity to Northland via our bach at Marsden Point. I was born in South Africa and have called New Zealand home for the past 10 years. Airbrushing allows me a creative outlet from my day job in IT.

Two years ago, I picked up an airbrush for the first time and found an instant connection. I have since invested in various courses to enable me to deliver work of a high standard under the name Airbrushing by Aldo. I love the versatility of the airbrush, allowing me to create on any surface, whether it be metal, canvas, paper, reclaimed pallets, walls or MDF.

As an airbrush artist, I strive to create art that stimulates wonder and generates conversation. I am looking forward to showcasing my new work at Whangarei Heads Arts Trail 2017. If you have a favourite image or idea that you would love to bring to life, come and discuss it with me.
